  • Official Website has a Content Management System(CMS) with having all provisions to update the contents by the admin level user.
  • Website has a provision for the administrator to upload Tenders, Photos, Videos, and Events etc.
  • The website has integrated with various official related links where an official user function the application through the website.

Forest HRMIS

Summary of the Project :

  • HRMIS Application has been developed for PCCF, ODISHA to record, manage and store information of all the employees’ in the state forest department. It records the employee’s information of division, circle and head quarter in a extensive and well organize manner.
  • Information’s like; Personal Details, Dependent Details, Service Details, Annual Service Verification, Training Details, Disciplinary Proceeding Details, Other Details of the Employees are being stored in the HRMIS Application

Status till Date :

  • Offline Based software is used by every Division, while State user accesses the data from the online server.
  • We have also completed the scanning of Service Books of the employees in all Divisions including PCCF HQ.
  • Till date out of 50 divisions 45 divisional data is received and stabilized. Till date 6445 number of Employees data has been entered successfully

Campa Tracker

There are 4 major users in CAMPA Tracker online application :

  1. Super Admin or PCCF
  2. Admin or State User
  3. PCCF Wild Life User
  4. Division Level User

Admin or State User Description :

There are two State level users, PCCF General & PCCF wildlife. State level user has option to create Scheme, Component, Sub component, sub-sub component, along with fund allotment & physical targets.

State level User can track and monitor the progress of work going under various heads like Components / sub components wise of the entire state. State level user also able to view different reports such as Monthly Progress Report, Quarterly Progress Report, State Monthly Progress Report, Circle Division Wise report and Financial Progress Report for entire state for a particular scheme as and when required.

Division User Description :

Division level users update their achievements in terms of physical and financial under various Components, Sub Components & Sub –Sub Components against their targets set by PCCF General and Admin PCCF wildlife.

Offline software :

The software is available to the division users in offline mode, looking at the unstable internet connection at the ground. User feeds in data (Monthly Progress Data) separately for PCCF General and PCCF Wild Life as per the target set by both Admin. In offline plug-in, after user feed in Monthly Progress Data, the Users have to go to Data Sync tab to synchronize data from offline to online and online to offline.

In Online module, User can view the progress data for each month against each sub component and sub-sub component. Like when user feeds in the Monthly Progress data and clicks Synchronize Button, the offline data will move to online and online changes if any made by Admin PCCF General or PCCF Wild Life it will be synchronized to offline database of the User. In online user can view Monthly Progress report for both PCCF General and PCCF Wild Life.


Forest Accounts Monitor Cum Analyzer(FAMA) & Works Monitor

Summary of the Project :

Forest Accounts Monitor Cum Analyzer (FAMA) is a completely account management & work monitoring system for State Forest Department, Odisha under the jurisdiction of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF).

The System monitors the funds allocated under different head for different development works carried out by various Divisions & Ranges of the state forest department. The allotment of fund and utilization of fund is monitored physically by integrating the FAMA server with the GPSPDA server.

User Acceptance of the application from DFO, Chandaka & City DFO on 24th Nov 2015.

Application hosted in Servers of FITGC Data Centre at PCCF Odisha and goes live- 15th Jan 2016. Trial Run is ongoing process in all divisions.


Office Workflow Automation System “OAS”

Summary of the Project :

Office Automation system provides a paper-less paradigm to :

  • Receive letters
  • Upload correspondences
  • Circulate Correspondences among various sections at PCCF
  • Adding & Circulating Note sheets

The objective is to run a paper-less office system to make life easy i.e., all operations to be quick and handy. Documents are secured, centralised and accessible in different media.

Features of the Application:

  1. Office Workflow Automation is a full-featured office automation system to meet the needs of today’s world. Users can add, Edit, Delete, forward, Approve, Close Letters / Files. Track the Letter/Files Details.
  2. Performance Dashboards” facilitates completion of many types files/letters, i.e. tracks the status of “Pending files”, “Letters” and etc

  17. “Go to” for quick jump to any page with in a correspondence.
  18. “TAGGING” feature: several correspondences can be tagged for quick search at “DEAL A FILE” page
  19. “Approve” option is available for “PCCF”, “Addl. PCCF” and “CCF”
  20. “Close” option is available for those who have put up the “file” and Owner of the file

KL Accounting

Summary of the project :

  • Kendu Leaf accounting is a completely Accounts Management System for Kendu Leaf Department, Odisha under the jurisdiction of PCCF(KL) and hosted in server of FITGC Data Centre, PCCF Hqrs., Aranya Bhawan.
  • KL Accounting System is a web based accounting application and it is linked in KL website in KL Apps menu.
  • This application has been developed to capture whole accounting process of KL starting from DFO requisition to allotment, expenditure and finally reports.

Any authorized user can access this application from anywhere over the globe :

  • All possible operations including Cash/Bank Opening Balance settings, Voucher creation, Fund Receipt creation, Project creation, Cash withdrawal, UC Creation, Ledger Adjustment, Reverse Credit By Bank, Track different types of reports and etc..
  • Application is easily maintainable and robust.
  • DFOs allocate fund advance to ROs when required.
  • Each expense by the DFO and Ranger will be tracked when and where expenses have been done on basis of Expense Head.
  • Expense type is customizable and easily maintainable.
  • Various formats of Reports will be generated from the software. The Reports are dynamic in Nature.
  • The PCCF KL accounting application will work on Web-Based accounting system (Online Application).

HRMIS Seasonal Staff KL

Summary of the HRMIS seasonal staff KL :

  • Kendu Leaf HRMS Seasonal Staff is a employee Information Management System for Kendu Leaf Department and hosted in server of FITGC Data Centre, PCCF Hqrs, Aranya Bhawan.
  • This is an online application and it is also linked in KL website in KL Apps menu.
  • This application has been developed to manage, control and monitor the seasonal staff employees of Kendu Leaf Organization.
  • Any authorized user can access this application from anywhere over the globe

Pluckers and Binders Welfare Trust

Summary of the application :

  • KL Welfare Trust Application (Pluckers & Binders) has been developed for Kendu Leaf, PCCF (KL), Odisha to manage, control and record the beneficiaries’ proposals information under different claim type’s i.e; Death, Disability, Educational Scholarship, Medical Assistant, Marriage Assistance and hosted in server of FITGC Data Centre, PCCF Hqrs, Aranya Bhawan.
  • In this application whole process from submission of proposal to approval every stage of status is updated on the web and view by the beneficiaries clearly. Hence the beneficiaries able to track their claim status whenever and wherever they want.
  • This is also an online application and linked in KL website.

Pluckers and Binders welfare trust application caters information and functionalities:

  • This application helps PCCF officials to get the information about the pluckers and binders of the Odisha forest.
  • DFO prepare the proposal on behalf of Plucker or Binder and submit the prepared proposal to CCF for further recommendations.
  • CCF verifies the proposal submitted by the DFOs and forward to PCCF for further approval proceedings.
  • PCCF Approves, Deferred or Rejects the proposals or may give anticipatory approval to a beneficiary.

Seasonal Staff Welfare Trust

Summary of the application
