| As a premier Content Service Provider in the IT sector, we have been managing the highly prestigious National Portal of India for three states, i.e. Odisha, Jharkhand & Arunachal Pradesh, this project being implemented under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). We have also been engaged to standardize the contents of the websites of all the Districts of Odisha. This project is again under NeGP and is being implemented in the state as pilot project. |
| In providing contents to the National Portal, contents specific to State Profiles, Services, Forms, Acts, Rules, Documents, Schemes, Contact Directories, Web Links and Announcements are uploaded. We also publish Reports and our other activities includes organizing periodic workshops for identifying contents, organize sensitization meetings to enhance the quality of contents, deploy content teams at various locations, conduct press meets and also launch sites. The contents for the state portals are monitored by the National Portal Coordinator (NPC), i.e. IT secretary of the specific state governments and also by NIC Coordinator for National Portal (NCNP), who also monitors the contents for the national portal. Orissa Computer Application Centre (OCAC) is the State Nodal Organization (SNO) for these CSP activities. Our contents, as per the CSP guidelines are given in the content framework and they also comply with Cyber Security Guidelines. While collecting the contents, we maintain regular coordination with NPC, SNO and the various other departments of the state governments. We also identify and analyze the gaps existing in the contents of different departments / organizations and recommend procedures to bridge these gaps |
| Our contents are subjected to other reviews as well, like peer reviews, technical reviews and functional reviews after specific time periods. All this ensures that our contents are not far from the objective with which they are developed. |
