Job description
- The Project Implementation works as part of the Product Management Team and will be involved in all phases of software development
- The candidate must be a self-starter and shall have the ability to develop technical skills and absorb professional knowledge to quickly meet the business requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with the business stakeholders to gather, elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using established requirements-gathering techniques.
- Prepare detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify software systems and applications.
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user/business requirements.
- Use independent judgment and discretion to analyze system capabilities and prepare evaluation reports for decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver Business Requirements Specification, Functional Requirements Specification, Prototypes, Use Cases, GUI Mock-ups, Data Flow Diagrams, etc..
- Manage changes to the requirements and perform impact analysis to capture any issues or conflicts between other requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical requirements for the development team.
- Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases based on business requirements.
- Conduct meetings with Business Stakeholders; Prepare Meeting Minutes and obtain commitments.
- Monitor and control all project-related activities.
Required Skills
- Strong Requirements Gathering and Elicitation Skills
- Solid exposure to SDLC and Software Engineering concepts
- Strong Analytical, Logical and Reasoning skills
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skill
