AI Engineers with 2-3 years experience specialize in RAG pipelines and agentic workflows. They integrate LLMs, vector databases, and APIs for production-grade AI systems in supply chain or enterprise use.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy RAG systems using embeddings, vector stores (Milvus/Qdrant/Pinecone), and LLMs like GPT/Claude.
Build agentic workflows with LangChain/n8n for orchestration. Lang Graph, Langfuse,Crew, API integrations, prompt engineering, and multi-step automation.
Fine-tune models (LoRA/Unsloth), optimize pipelines for scalability, and document workflows; collaborate on microservices deployments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years in AI/ML, focused on RAG/Agentic (e.g., document search, classifiers, behavioral analysis, Sentiment Analysis).
Python/JavaScript proficiency;
Docker, cloud (Modal/AWS), and vector DBs.
Strong in NLP, microservices; Bhubaneswar location ideal for regional projects like Odia voice assistants.
