Smt. Jayashree Mohanty (President, Luminous Infoways) felicitated Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi on the occasion of Odisha being recognized as one of the top-performing states by NITI Aayog, celebrating the state's remarkable progress in development, governance, and its emergence as a preferred destination for investments.

Welcoming the recent investments in semiconductor manufacturing and data centre infrastructure in Odisha, Shri Tanmay Mohanty, CEO-cum-MD of Luminous Infoways, described the development as a transformative milestone for the state's industrial and technological growth. He noted that these investments have the potential to position Odisha as a significant destination in India's emerging semiconductor and digital infrastructure ecosystem. However, the infrastructure alone is not enough, we must urgently equip our local youth with industry-ready skills so these high-value jobs are filled by Odisha's own talent, rather than depending primarily on professionals from outside the state.

Participation in Mega Campus Drive Organized Jointly by the Mayurbhanj District Administration and Luminous Infoways

Prominent IT firms, including Luminous Infoways (a CMMI Level 5 company) had participated in a mega pool campus recruitment drive held at the Akankshya IT Hub in Baripada, organized jointly by the Mayurbhanj District Administration, Luminous Infoways  and other IT sectors to provide career opportunities to local youth. Around 400 to 500 local trainees who had received free Python and Java training through the "Train Guru" program. The initiative aims to bridge rural employment gaps, with an estimated 90 to 125 candidates expected to secure jobs in the first phase, allowing talented youth from Odisha to build technical careers within their home state.

The award ceremony took place during the Shakti Utsav organized by the World Odisha Society on March 6, ahead of International Women's Day, to celebrate and recognize the outstanding achievements and impactful contributions of inspiring women.

Luminous Infoways celebrated its 26th Foundation Day on 18th April 2026. During the event, Founder and Managing Director Tanmay Mohanty and Co-founder Jayashree Mohanty highlighted the company's growth, including its recent achievement of obtaining the prestigious CMMI Level 5 certification. Chief Guest Hemant Sharma (Additional Chief Secretary) launched their new AI-driven product platform, "Doc 360", an Enterprise Knowledge Assistant aimed at enhancing digital documentation for government and corporate sectors. Additionally, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Maven Silicon, Bangalore, to collaborate on semiconductor skilling and capacity building.

Inaugurations of Integrated Web Portal of Directorates of Department of Skill Development & Technical Education

Shri Sampad Swain, the Hon'ble MoS (I/C) for Industries, Skill Development, and Technical Education, Government of Odisha, officially inaugurated the Department of Skill Development & Technical Education's integrated online site for all four Directorates on July 30, 2024.

Launching of CDA One Application on the Foundation Day of Cuttack Development Authority.

On 1st September 2023, CDA One Application has been successfully launched on the Foundation Day of Cuttack Development Authority. CDA One is a citizen centric app has been developed for the Citizens by Cuttack Development Authority. This App will enable Citizens to apply for the Registration of Plots through Lottery and get notified on the status of their application. The Citizen will be able to make payment through this app subsequently as by the provisions of CDA. Citizen can also raise grievance to Cuttack Development Authority through this app. The team Luminous Infoways has given their all around effort in successful formation of this application.

Launching of Online services to cover the medical expenses of the journalists and their eligible family members.

The web portal for ‘Odisha Working Journalists Welfare Scheme’ has been rolled out to invite applications online from working journalists for enrolment under ‘Gopabandhu Sambadika Swasthya Bima Yojana’, a health insurance scheme that covers the medical expenses of the journalists and their eligible family members. Financial Assistance Under the ‘Odisha Working Journalists Welfare Scheme’, an ex-gratia of Rs. 4 Lakhs is provided to the legal heir of the working journalist in case of his/her death, and Rs. 2 Lakhs in case of permanent incapacitation. The eligible applicant, in such case, can apply online for financial assistance from Information & Public Relations Department.

The CTMS web application provides a repository of the cultural programmes which can be accessed to be participated by cultural troupes, stakeholders and Associated organisations. Registered Agencies can apply to the Odia Language Literature and culture Department for the deployment of troops in various categories like dance, music, and art forms.
