At Luminous Infoways, we believe that Corporate Social Responsibility is about making a tangible contribution that improves our lives and fulfils the socio-economic needs of the community in which we exist and operate. We engage in activities where our business further contributes to making a positive and distinguishing impact on the environment, customers, employees, and other stakeholders. We are conscious of our duties towards our community, our planet and thus we actively take part in several CSR activities. With the idea of shared growth, here are some of the initiatives we have taken as a part of our Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is a broad concept that can take many forms depending on the company and industry. Through CSR programs, philanthropy, and volunteer efforts, businesses can benefit society . As important as CSR is for the community, it is equally valuable for a company.

DEFEAT DIABETES CAMPAIGN

On September 29, 2021 a national campaign initiated by Rotary International and The Art of Living Organization as 1 Nation 1 Day 1 Million Blood Sugar Tests which was voluntarily organized by Luminous Infoways Pvt Ltd as a part of its CSR initiative in collaboration with Rotary E-club of District 3262 in the premises of Fastech Fashions Pvt. Ltd. Around 200 persons had done their testing in this camp and was benefited through this campaign. We have also provided a free blood pressure check up and also distributed certain leaflets for the awareness in the nearby locality. On behalf of Luminous Infoways Mrs. Urusa Ahmad and Mr. Prajakta Devroy represented and facilitated this entire CSR initiative.

AWARENESS SESSION ON BIOENZYME:

On 27^th November, 2021 an awareness session was organised in Jasuapur Village. The practical demo training session was basically to aware all the villagers on cleaning of Pond with a certain chemical known as BioEnzyme was distributed by Bioenzyme Entrepreneurs Society. This chemical will not only purify and clean the entire pond but also help to grow the fishes in the pond to grow as it is adopted by natural mean. The entire logistics and the training session were arranged and facilitated by Luminous Infoways Pvt Ltd in collaboration with Rotary E-Club of district 3262. On behalf of Luminous Infoways our beloved President Mrs. Jayashree Mohanty and Mrs. Urusa Ahmad was present on that program. Our President also addressed the usefulness of this BioEnzyme Chemical to all the villagers.

WALKATHON ON CELEBRATION OF AMUL 75 YEARS OF MILK & PROGRESS:

On 21st Nov 2021, Luminous Infoways in collaboration with Rotary eClub of District 3262 organised a mini Walkathon from IG Park to AG Square to celebrate the birth centenary year of Dr. Kurien and 75 Years of Amul Milk & Progress. In this Walkathon all the in house employees of Luminous participated in the early morning walk and as a part of company’s CSR initiative “Fit India Challenge”, a motivational talk was being delivered by our President Mrs. Jayashree Mohanty and Mr. Subhasish Rout, Branch Manager, Amul Odisha. It is basically organized to promote the fitness and healthy living in society.

INAUGURATION OF GENERAL WARD IN SUSHRUTA HOSPITAL:

General Ward in Shushruta hospital & Trauma Care Bhubaneswar, was inaugurated on 5th of Jan_22, The DGN, Rtn. Jayashree Mohanty (President Of Luminous Infoways) was Invited as the guest of honour in this Occassion. This has been inaugurated in the hospital premises for the treatment of poor and slum citizens of the State.
