M/s Luminous Infoways Pvt. Ltd. has designed, developed, implemented, integrated, and maintained the Panchayati Raj Project Management System (PPMS) web portal (odisha.gov.in). Certified by the Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC), this centralized, state-wide digital platform manages departmental projects, workflow automation, and MIS reporting across all 314 Block Offices, 30 District Offices, and broader Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) offices.

The Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department, Government of Odisha, has recognized that M/s Luminous Infoways Pvt. Ltd. successfully developed, deployed, and operationalized the web portal and mobile application for the Bikashita Gaon Bikashita Odisha (BGBO) Scheme. Serving as the project’s System Integrator, the company designed these digital solutions to facilitate effective implementation, monitoring, supervision, and management across the State, District, and Block levels of rural Odisha.

VAT IT Project 2023 Design Development and Go-Live Success is an Aggregation effort by IT Branch of DoSTE and LIPL the new System Integrator. This success happened due to Vibrant Leadership of Dr. Yunus-IAS, Commissioner of State Taxes and Excise HP. Successful hosting after Proper Security Audit is highly commendable which saved us more than 1.25 Cr as BHAMASHAH State Data Centre Rajasthan had quoted around 173 lakhs cost for the same.

The present System Integrator will cost 28 times less than earlier  Service Provider and M/s LIPL as a MSME has done excellent service. Special thanks to Addl. Director- Digital Technologies GoHP Sh.
