Integrated analytics & monitoring platform

Samikshya is a citizen-centric digital transparency and analytics platform developed for the State Finance Commission (SFC), Government of Odisha, to provide a single, unified view of development projects funded through State Finance Commission (SFC) and Central Finance Commission (CFC) grants across rural and urban Odisha.

The platform aggregates project, financial, and progress data from multiple departmental systems and presents it through intuitive dashboards, GIS-based maps, and public-facing views, enabling citizens to easily track development works in their village, ward, block, or town. At the same time, Samikshya supports government departments with real-time monitoring, scheme-wise analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
