He noted that these investments have the potential to position Odisha as a significant destination in India's emerging semiconductor and digital infrastructure ecosystem. However, the infrastructure alone is not enough, we must urgently equip our local youth with industry-ready skills so these high-value jobs are filled by Odisha's own talent, rather than depending primarily on professionals from outside the state.
