Smt. Jayashree Mohanty, Co Founder and President, Luminous Infoways, a Lady entrepreneur in Information Technology Services and Products business for last 23 years with developed clientele in various domains from different Geographies of India, USA, UK, Middle East, Korea, Uganda, Kenya, Norway, New Zealand and Australia. She is a management alumnus from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade New Delhi (IIFT), Honors Diploma in Systems Management, International marketing module from Nyenrode Business University, Netherlands. Being a Founder of Luminous Infoways, her contribution is in making her Company as a CMMI Level 3, National E-governance Award winner providing employment to over thousands of people in the country.

She has been honored as District Governor of Rotary International District 3262 for the Rotary Year 2023-24. After 77 years of Rotary services, it is the first time a women leader is selected as District Governor of RI District 3262.

Her success story is allied with the position as Chairwoman at CII Indian Women Network and Member Taskforce, GoO at Startup Odisha.

Her name is behind Key IT initiatives such as RTI Central Monitoring Mechanism, the best practice published by YASHDA, Pune. E-Blood banking system, running in Odisha, Bihar, Assam and Meghalaya, The highly significant ESDM Portal of Govt. of India, implemented Pan India and Odisha state Mamata-MIS impacting 25 lakhs beneficiaries. She has been awarded with Leading Woman IT/ITES Entrepreneur of the State and Women Empowerment in MSME Award by Software Technology Parks of India, Govt. of India. She has also received recognition as the Women IT Leader of the State contributing to CSR. A versatile trainer and an expert on e-learning, e-governance, Right to Information, digital marketing, women entrepreneurship and Leadership skills in National & International forums, she mentors startups towards scale and growth, as advisor to KIIT-Technology Business Incubator. Judges business plan competitions and take sessions in aspects of Managing business of Reputed Management Institutions such as XIMB, KIIT University and ASBM. Believing strongly in contributing back to the society, she is one among the prominent Lady Rotarians of the country. Her other concerns include RED ACCESS, a health care startup, SJS Educational Trust, President Odisha Private School and Child Welfare Association and Secretary of Rotary Cancer Screening Trust.
