Tanmay Mohanty
CEO-cum-MD
Tanmay Mohanty founded Luminous Infoways in 2001 and has led it for over 25 years, growing it into a CMMI Level 5 certified partner to government departments, PSUs, and enterprises across India in software development, e-Governance, AI, and digital transformation. He is also active in community service through Rotary International.
Jayashree Mohanty
President & Co-Founder
With 23+ years in IT services and products, Jayashree Mohanty has built a client base spanning India, the US, UK, Middle East and beyond. A management alumna of IIFT New Delhi, she has helped grow Luminous Infoways into a CMMI Level 5, National e-Governance Award–winning organization employing thousands. She was named District Governor of Rotary International District 3262 for 2023–24 — the first woman to hold the role in the district's 77-year history.
