Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam
50 tall trees with pink flowers will transform Infocity to be more beautiful. Luminous Infoways, NASSCOM & other IT companies have organized an unique plantation inaugurated by Secretary IT Vishal Dev and guests Manas Panda Special Secretary IT and Director STPI Surjya Patnaik. The IT Companies got an opportunity to plant trees with their names.

By establishing hygienic environments, social distancing standards, frequent hand washing, and even offering financial assistance to employees in need, internal activities can be linked to the welfare of their own employees. External activities are connected to the welfare of the society and even increased the efforts on the welfare activities.

Women Entrepreneurship
Inspired by our Leader, Luminous Infoways works actively to promote Women Entrepreneurship. AIRSWEEE 2.0 aims at scaling up Women Entrepreneurship in India. The Director of Luminous Infoways, Smt. Jayashree Mohanty participated as a Lead and Mentor for AIRSWEEE 2.0 Women Entrepreneurship program conducted by TiE Global. TiE Global, is a not for profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship around the World. TiE strives to inspire entrepreneurs through mentoring, networking, education, incubating and funding programs and activities. With nearly 2000+ events held each year, TiE brings together the entrepreneurial community to learn from local leaders, as well as each other.
Sensitizing Girl Child on Menstrual Hygiene
The Director of Luminous Infoways, Smt. Jayashree Mohanty is committed to the cause of Sensitizing Girl Child on Menstrual Hygiene and stopping school dropouts and has taken part in a number of workshops to promote the same.

Knowing that their parents are in prison can be downright miserable for the children of the jail inmates. Our Team under the leadership of our Director, Smt. Jayashree Mohanty planned a Christmas celebration for the children of jailed inmates in Odisha to brighten their days during the Christmas season.
Motivating the destitute girl child
As a part of our CSR, we have taken up various programmes to motivate the destitute girl children at PalliUnnayanSeva Samiti (PUSS), Hanspal. PUSS is an organization for those who support girl especially the tribal girls who are far away from the practical scenario. PUSS aims to reach the backward people living beyond the poverty line and to bring them from the darkness of ignorance to light of knowledge.
