The Panchayati Raj Project Management System (PPMS) is a web-based portal that effectively manages and oversees the creation, approval, and execution of projects. It helps PR&DW user is to entry for new approved projects, case records, estimate costs, generate work order, billing & payment. The software streamlines the entire process of asset creation, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from its inception to its completion. With its various modules, PPMS simplifies the process, resulting in greater customer satisfaction.

The Panchayati Raj department aims to develop a centralized application encompassing the entire project lifecycle, facilitating comprehensive transaction-level management. The envisioned solution will seamlessly handle processes such as state entry for new approved projects, case record preparation, estimation preparation, technical sanction, administrative approval, work order generation, project execution, bill preparation, bill approval, and payment disbursement.

The application will empower state users with a dynamic dashboard and robust reporting capabilities, enabling effective monitoring of project progress. Initial focus will be on executing CFC and 5th SFC grant-in-aid projects in the Panchayati raj Project management system (PPMS) application. Subsequently, the application will evolve to incorporate various schemes, with a phased implementation in two blocks for pilot testing. Upon successful piloting, the application will be rolled out across other blocks and districts in Odisha.
